I'm Grady Garrison, a Real Estate Broker and REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Bain in Bend, Oregon. My approach to real estate is relationship-first, built on years as a local business owner and a career spent solving problems and earning people's trust.

My path here wasn't traditional. I spent 14 years as a Harley-Davidson technician, where attention to detail and doing things right mattered every day. I later became a small-business owner in Bend, growing that business to multiple locations and earning Best of Bend recognition every year since opening. Along the way I learned lessons that mattered more than business itself: what it means to earn someone's trust, why communication and details matter, and that the best relationships are built over years, not a single transaction.

Those lessons led me to real estate. Buying or selling a home is about far more than a transaction—it's about people, priorities, families, finances, and the places we call home. People deserve someone in their corner who communicates clearly, pays attention to detail, follows through, and treats their goals as if they matter, because they do.

Central Oregon is home. My wife, Kelsey, and I are raising our daughter here in Bend, and our life centers on family, friends, church, and this community. I understand why people want to live here, because we chose it too.

Outside of work, I'm a husband and dad first, and I enjoy golfing, the outdoors, projects around the house, and time with the people closest to me. My faith guides how I try to live and work—character matters, and how you conduct yourself matters most when no one's watching.
